By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the return and refund terms outlined below. Should you need to return an item, the following guidelines will help you through the process. 

Eligibility for Returns 

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions: 

  • The product must be  unused unwashed , and in its  original condition . 
  • All  tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact and unaltered. 
  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way will not be accepted. 
  • Return requests must be submitted within  48 hours from the date of delivery. 
  • To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service team within this timeframe. 

Items failing to meet these requirements will not be eligible for return. 

How to Initiate a Return 

Step 1: Submit a Request 

Email your return request, along with your  Order ID and a brief explanation for the return, to   blunetrixtechnologiespvtltd@gmail.com . 

Step 2: Provide Supporting Photos 

If the item is  damaged defective , or  incorrect , attach clear photos showing the issue for faster review. 

Step 3: Follow the Instructions 

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you detailed return instructions. 

Please note: We reserve the right to decline returns that do not comply with our policy guidelines. 

Refund Process & Timeline 

After we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to verify compliance with our return conditions. 

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your  original payment method within  5–7 business days . 
  • If rejected, we will notify you with the reason for non-approval. 
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been successfully processed. 

Partial Refunds 

In situations where an item meets only some of the return requirements (for example, minor wear or missing packaging), we may issue a  partial refund at our discretion. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please submit a return request within  48 hours of delivery.
